No contact with a human, but instructions were clear and unit was clean. We enjoyed the location close to resorts and Truckee. Loved the sauna.

Studio was great and perfect for my needs while visiting family for the holidays. Property was clean and quiet at night. Stocked with the essentials - microwave, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. Loved the shared sitting room with a gorgeous view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again!
