Absolutely IMMACULATE 2,500 sq ft Beach House in Oceanside. 3 blocks to the ocean. 3 BR/2.5 BA plus rooftop deck with fabulous peek OCEAN views! 9 total beds!
The Beach, brewery/restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Vital Climbing Gym, and parks within walking distance! Cathedral Ceilings in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Peek ocean view from master balcony. Gas fireplaces in both living rooms and master bedroom for chilly beach nights. Gas grill, fully stocked kitchen, bikes, surfboards, and beach supplies.
The moment you walk in to this spacious space you will feel at home and at ease. Located only a few short blocks from the beach, this beach home offers you a spacious three bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 8. There are 3 balconies to enjoy that SO CAL breeze and sun. Plenty of spaces throughout the home to relax by yourself or with your group.
Enjoy the BBQ on the side patio off the kitchen/family room. Grab a drink and retreat to the spectacular rooftop deck and sit at the dining table or high top table while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

This place was great. Amazing amenities, very communicative hosts and very clear and detailed instructions for how things work and the checkout process. Will definitely be back again.

Check in was easy, actually encountered Erik at the home when it was check in time. He was very warm and friendly and full of suggestions for nearby restaurants and grocery shopping, etc.As for kitchen and house supplies, a little disappointing. There was not a Kleenex in the entire house and paper towels were of such poor quality that when I tried to dry my hands on them, they shredded and stuck to my fingers almost like wet toilet paper. Just a container of Clorox wipes would have been helpful in maintaining a clean space for the two weeks I was there. I did use the barbecue once while I was there and it didn’t look like any of the last several tenants had bothered at all to clean it after they used it. So I had to buy everything needed to clean it and it took forever.Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable and pretty.

Renter beware! All was well with our stay (minus the cigarette smoke emanating from dive bar next door) until the day we arrived back home and the host sent me a message accusing me of bringing a dog and charging me 250. I don’t even have a dog nor did anyone at the property. The rationale was that a dog food bag was put in the garbage can that is in a shared backstreet with every other house on the block. While the host claimed to cancel the charge after I gave this info, it still went through and I’ve now had to spend an hour on phone support with VRBO trying to resolve and sending emails with screenshots of my credit card account and the messages from the host. I’ve now had to dispute with my credit card company because I am not getting responses from VRBO or the host. To have a host not reach out first to try and gather information before setting off this mess is just poor business practice. The host has also been non existent in trying to help resolve the issue after if was entirely created by him. Buyer beware, you could be accused of things that are not true by this host and charged for it.
