Pier Pointe 3B2 is a nicely decorated Second floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. The dining area offers six seats for the family to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. The Kitchen/Bar Area has been recently updated with all new appliances. The kitchen features a Keurig and traditional coffee maker and is well stocked for all your culinary needs. The bar has two stools. Across from the Kitchen there is a Wet Bar. Living Area has a TV.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with ample under-bed storage for suitcases, TV, and Private Bath with large Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and blackout shades. There is an additional Full Bath in the Hallway. The beach front balcony is covered and offers unobstructed expansive views of the beach and gorgeous sunset views in the evening. If you get lucky, you may be able to spot the dolphins swimming in the morning from the balcony or dinning room table. Central HVAC. 3 Cable TVs.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is nestled in the beautiful town of Emerald Isle! The condo is located near a Lifeguard stand (please check with local authorities to determine lifeguard hours). These condominiums offer a slew of awesome amenities that the whole family will be sure to enjoy! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
