Cocoonr is offering this charming sea-view flat for rent in Saint-Malo, just 100 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 57 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (accessible by lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the property is equipped with the following: a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Outside:
The flat is ideally situated in the Solidor neighbourhood, a lively area with bars and restaurants, close to the shops in St Servan and the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops there, as well as the market held at Place Bouvet in the market halls, 700 metres away (Tuesdays and Fridays).
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby, on Rue d’Aleth, Place St-Pierre or Esplanade Menguy.
