Welcome to our new Fort Myers beach house where comfort, convenience, nature and relaxation await you!
The condo can sleep up to 6 guests. All rooms are furnished in a coastal modern style, offering a relaxed vibe reflecting the sky, sand, and waters that surround the area.
The condo measures 1,175 total sq ft with 10’ ceilings and 8’ doors. All windows have been designed with impact glass for hurricane protection.
The master bedroom sleeps a king-sized bed with private closet space. It has its own master bath with dual sinks, clear glass shower doors, and a rain shower head. The master bedroom is spacious and beautifully sunlit during the day.
The second bedroom sleeps queen-sized bed with private closet space. It has its own bathroom with a rain shower head and bathtub.
The kitchen features white granite countertops, tall European-style cabinetry, and a large kitchen island with a breakfast bar and seating.
All appliances include: refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is entirely stocked with appliances for the most comfort including, a Mr. Coffee Maker, a Keurig, toaster, silverware, and much more.
The dining area seats 6 guests. The living room extends out from the dining area and is complete with a TV and a comfy sofa that opens up as a bed if needed allowing extra guests to sleep.
The spacious and screen-tinted lanai is furnished with 2 outdoor seats and small side table to rise with the sun over a delicious coffee in the morning.
Amenities include:
• Entire condo unit with a lanai
• Gym exclusive to the condo building with a passcode
• Outdoor pool with a hot tub
• Barbecue grills
• Assigned parking space
• Gated community walking paths to walk pets or go jogging
• Small ponds for occasional fishing within the gated community

We stayed at this beautiful condo in Iona, Florida from January 1 through March 31, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The location is perfect for exploring Southwest Florida. Fort Myers Beach is only about 10–15 minutes away, and the Sanibel Causeway is just 5 minutes down the road, giving you easy access to everything Sanibel and Captiva have to offer.The condo itself is gorgeous—a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit that was tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially convenient.We also loved the community amenities. The pool and hot tub area were well-maintained and relaxing, with plenty of lounge chairs. The community gas grills were a great bonus and something we used often.Most importantly, the Celo family were outstanding hosts. They were always available, responsive, and happy to answer any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We are absolutely staying here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Fort Myers/Sanibel area. Our mini golden doodle Dunkin loved it also! The community is very pet friendly.

It was the perfect place to stay. Ideally located near Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island. The owner was easily to contact for any questions. The property was as listed. I did find extra things there, so I asked the owner about that and she clarified it. So I left a good new cooler for others to use while they are there. It’s good to have items to borrow and not have to transport home. Thank you for your hospitality.

Such a great condo!! Super clean, fully stocked, great amenities, etc! Hesiona was also very friendly and even allowed us to check in early, which was very appreciated after a long flight. Thanks so much for sharing your great place with us, we will be back! 😊

Beautiful condo with total beach vibes! Very clean and well kept. Had all utensils you would need from the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry with extra goodies at your leisure such as bubble bath. Location is literally next door to the Super Target, so it was very easy to get supplies and food that lasted us through the week. I was send a convienent code that I could use on my phone to get through gates without dial pad. Has stairs or elevator to get into the condo. Location was perfect, easy to walk to the ocean and few miles from Fort Myers Beach. Few good places down the street worth checking out such as mini golf and ice cream shop. Easy to communicate with owner. Would come back again!
