Very clean home, seems fairly new. Nice neighborhood. No hand soap in master bath, no dishwasher detergent, fridge water filter still not changed (previous review), hardly any tv channels to watch. Booked at the last minute for a bass tournament. We had one little hiccup but nothing major and communication was on point. The neighbor felt super safe and was easy to get in and out. The only con for us was all the beds were very firm. None of us are firm bed people. Overall our stay was very very nice, quiet, convenient, and comfortable!
