This was a first class gite in an excellent location with facilities for all the family. A very friendly welcome from the hosts. We had a wonderful stay in Jard sur Mer and would recommend this accommodation to any family or group of friends. Slight problems with slow and intermittent Wifi but otherwise the gite could not be faulted.

We have had a perfect holiday in this house. We were with 2 children (4 and 6 year old), 2 parents and 2 grand parents. We slept in the righthand side of the house in a seperate bedroom. The children in a seperate room. And the grand parents in the lefthandside. This gave us a perfect bit of privacy. There is a grillplate in the garden which we used a lot. The children could ride bikes and tractors which are available. You can walk to the beach (500 m). If you want to go to a sandy beach than you can go to the village or a nearby strand. The Paradis family was waiting for us at arrival. They guided us through the house and surroundings. They stay a couple of days in a caravan near the house. But it is seperated enough. This is not disturbing. On they other hand it can be usefull to have a someone arround that knows the place and the language. We will definitly come to this place if we visit the vendee again.
