The community pool is heated during select weeks (typically holidays & spring break). Message us anytime to confirm availability.
⚠️ Important Notes (Transparency = Better Stays)
▪️Minimum booking age: 25 (booking guest must stay)
▪️No pets / no smoking
▪️3 Security Cameras onsite - front door, back porch facing the yard, and garage. Any tampering with (unplugging, covering, and/or other actions that disable them) of cameras will result in immediate cancellation and eviction from the home without any refunds.
Quiet hours respected: 9PM to 9AM
The following must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled:
*Must sign rental agreement
*Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
*Must upload government issued photo ID and the name must match the name on the rental agreement and credit card submitted for the security hold.
No 3rd party bookings (someone booking for someone else); any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
NOTE - this is our home and we have zero tolerance for any type of partying, horseplay, loud music/noises, underage drinking, inappropriate/disrespectful behavior, house rule violations, etc. If you cannot respect our home and our house rules, this is not the place for you. Any evidence of the above and your reservation will be immediately cancelled, immediate eviction will occur, and no refund will be provided. The security deposit will also be forfeited.
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART; YOU ARE WELCOME TO RENT ONE FROM A RENTAL COMPANY DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A LIFTED GOLF CART AS IT WILL LIKELY NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE.

We had a great stay. Walking distance to beach access. Great location to shopping and many restaurants. House was clean and very nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the pool each day!

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences I’ve ever had. The home was very clean, close to the beach, has a beautiful community pool, and the arcade games were a plus. Communication from the host was excellent. I would recommend this 10 out of 10.

Fantastic property. Looks to be in a community that is friendly to short term rentals. The pool is such a win. Very convenient location. The only remote negative: while it is close to the beach - the walk is much longer than you think due to the resort. The property there is private so if you want to setup a tent you will need to walk much further down the beach. To mitigate that I would strongly suggest driving and paying for parking or simply renting a golf cart. That little tidbit would not stop me from renting this property. My kids played the video games downstairs. There are tons of helpful additions in the garage to make your trip wonderful. I would book this property again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place in an excellent location. The beach was a short walk and plenty of restaurants near the house.
