The home offered plenty of space and was conveniently situated for quick access to downtown St. Pete. Its layout was well-suited for hosting groups, but several cosmetic and convenience concerns prevented it from being exceptional.

The property has a nice layout and was very comfortable for our group. Easy to access and communication with the host was seamless.

I’ll start by saying overall we liked our stay, it was clean and met the basic needs. However there were lot of inaccuracies with the listing including two less beds then advertised (no twins in rooms 1 and 2) and then other beds seemed to be different sizes. Luckily people in our group didn’t mind sharing but could have been an issue for other groups. I definitely would have given a higher rating if this matched up . Some bedroom doors also locked from the outside which seemed like a safety concern. On the positive side the house was a great location and not too far from downtown. The host was easy to work with and accommodated our request for early check in.
