Down a lovely tree lined drive, sitting on one acre, a beautiful loft apartment awaits you.
Fully self contained with its own entrance, this space has the feel of an art gallery.
As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
Property not suitable for children under 12 years.
Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets.
2km to the cafes and shops of Bowral.
Please do not attend if you are ill.
The space
While attached to the main house, the apartment is a private space with it’s own entrance. A large bedroom with King Size bed, (or two singles if required). Plus a desk and sofa. Built in robe. Crisp fresh linen and super size doona.
Large bathroom with shower and bath. Toiletries and fluffy towels provided.
Separate sitting room with TV overlooking the wonderful trees on the property. This room can be converted to a Queen bedroom if there are three or four guests in your party. If a party of two requires this room set up as bedroom then a set up fee of $55 applies.
NOTE: Children over 12 years only.
Dining kitchen space with Microwave, fridge and sink. Kettle, toaster and coffee plunger. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available. Fresh fruit and continental breakfast items provided.
Bedroom and sitting room have RC Air conditioning and double glazed windows for your comfort.
On site parking.
Close to Burradoo station, so if travelling by train we are happy to collect you from Moss Vale, Burradoo or Bowral rail stations.
Guest access
As well as the private space described, guest can feel free to explore the garden, make use of the seating at the bottom of the block or just relax on the large back deck of the house. Make use of the lounges and BBQ. Please feel free to join us if we are also there.
Guests can also have access to house laundry if washer or dryer are needed.

We had a lovely stay, it was cozy and the beds comfortable. It was close to town and we were able to easily get to lots of great places to eat. The included breakfast, fruit and choccies were all appreciated.

A great place to base yourself to enjoy the southern highlands. Our host had thought of everything we may need to stay there - including supplies for breakfast - and even turned the heater on before we arrived.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The location is simply perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for a getaway.The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of options to suit everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day.What really stood out were the little extra touches throughout the property, especially in the bathroom. The attention to detail, quality amenities, and thoughtful additions made the stay feel truly special and well cared for.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a memorable experience.
