For the culinary enthusiast, the home is equipped with a Big Green Egg, a Nespresso cube for your morning coffee, as well as panini and ice cream makers for the ultimate indulgence. Cooking in the beautiful kitchen is made even more enjoyable with All-Clad skillets and a collection of Williams-Sonoma's finest kitchenware. The attention to detail and quality throughout the home creates an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.
Outside, the home boasts several balcony porches, inviting you to unwind and take in the fresh air. The tower is a unique feature of the property, offering bar-top seating and incredible Gulf views, making it an ideal spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
On the downstairs level, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king. These rooms share a full hall bath with a shower only. Both rooms are as charming and comfortable as they appear in the pictures, ensuring restful nights.

We absolutely loved the property and location, it was perfect for a weekend away with our baby. Great location, easy walk to the beach and main square in town, but plenty quiet at night. We'd love to be back soon!

This rental has the most perfect location right next to all the restaurants and shops and about 1 min from the beach entrance. It was very charming and comfortable. The property management was very attentive. We didn’t have any issues but they checked on us. Everything was easy! We enjoyed our stay very much.

we had a wonderful time at this cure home! It felt so homey and comfortable. It was clean and we appreciated the espresso machine a complimentary espresso !! The location was perfect. Our teen girls loved the proximity to town center to shop , grab ice cream and hang out! Would definitely stay again!

I have been visiting Seaside with my family since 1990. This particular stay was a birthday gift from my husband. This is a nice house but has many issues that need addressing. Upon our arrival, we noticed the living room rug was filthy (thank goodness no small children were with us) and the chairs were stained. The upstairs bathroom ceiling had black mold growing on the ceiling and there was a wet, musty smell. While I appreciated the 2 AC window units in the upstairs bedroom to keep cool, the tape around them was peeling off, leaving gaps between the units and windows, and the vents in the ceiling were dripping with condensation, one of them directly onto the bed. The only screened porch, also upstairs, had no furniture to sit on except a hammock that was lying on the could not be hung because the hook was out of the wall. There were 3 brooms, but no dust pan and no vacuum...even though we removed shoes before entering the house each day, there was still a good bit of sand that accumulated on the floors. I had to take the smaller rugs outside to shake them out and then sweep as much as I could out of the doors. There were only 4 washcloths (for a 3 bedroom house) and no sharp knives (not dull...nonexistent) or scissors to cut tags off items we purchased. The upstairs hairdryer that I only used once, shot out sparks and burned the pajama top I was wearing at the time. I could go on about the state of a lot of the wood outside the house, but that thankfully did not directly affect our stay. For the price we paid to stay in this house, however, we not only deserved basic amenities, but we also deserved a house that was in good, clean condition. I unfortunately would not recommend this house to anyone unless there are some major changes. Owning a rental house requires upkeep and this one just isn't getting the attention it needs. I have never had this situation with any other house in Seaside. Very disappointing.
