1.GULF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM with a balcony. Listen to the waves lull you to sleep. Only 10 units out of 100 have this configuration. Don't be fooled. Corner (end) units bedroom face the side. Corner units can be VERY breezy due to wind whipping around the corner. Cool North breezes flow right over the top of the building while the southern exposure bathes you in sunshine. West end units face another building. Bedrooms sideview and parking lot. 2. FREE BEACH SET-UP! Some management companies charge an amenity fee for beach set up. 2 chairs and umbrella in season (3/1-10/31). 3. COMBINATION ENTRY: No more keys to pick-up in the middle of the night...opps ...management company forgot to put them in the late check-in box, no more demaginitized plastic cards and a wasted afternoon tracking down a replacement....if they work....no more keys forgot in the condo when you hurry to the beach. Fort Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island has snow white pristine beaches with sparkling emerald waters. Condos on the island are limited to six stories which make for less crowding of the beaches. At Pelican Isle, enjoy 300 feet of private beach frontage in front of this condo complex.
Our unit features a INTERNET BASED combination lock for access. Unique codes which expire and are not reused. No keys or cards to pick up, lose or demagnitize. Other inexpensive code locks use the same code over and over and need to reprogrammed at the door for a new code. Just come straight to our condo and punch in your custom code and your vacation begins! Our condo rental includes a hot tub next to the pool. Nice green area along Gulf side of building is a good area to sit and relax. Other features include free high-speed internet access and generous parking area. Pelican Isle is just minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in the Fort Walton Destin area. Enjoy your vacation on the beach in a chair and under an umbrella provided to you during the beach season ( March 1- October 31) compliments of the Pelican Isle 505 owners.
Our two bedroom two bath rental unit is on the fifth floor which offers spectacular views as far as the eye can see down the pristine shoreline east and west! Our Master bedroom is as big as you would expect in a home. The Master bedroom also faces the gulf with it's own full patio door exiting onto the balcony. Entire unit is professionally decorated. TVs located in all rooms. Sony smart TV , surround sound bar. Enjoy video streaming with your Netflix account. 65 inch LED TV completes the entertainment center . Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, breakfast counter and dining table round out the galley.
Second bedroom has Queen size bed, TV and direct access to the second bathroom. Guests can also utilized the two bunks for more value. Full sized washer and dryer is located in our condo rental. Master bath features a whirlpool tub and has a double sink vanity. Keep the hot sun out of your car, covered parking is included with this rental unit. Enjoy your stay at our gulf coast rental. This was an excellent condo to stay in. The condo was very well furnished and had a stocked kitchen. Very nice washer and dryer. Good size balcony with a great oceanfront view. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and did not squeak with every move. One major perk was the condo did not have mirrors on the walls to make it look bigger. It was decorated very nicely and simple. This condo had a covered parking spot, which was great. It was right beside a concrete pillar, but thankfully no one was parked beside us. I would definitely not recommend bringing a full size truck as getting in and out of the parking spot with someone on the other side would have been almost impossible. This condo came with complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach. The resort also has a "borrow box" located right beside the walkway to the beach, it has boggie boards, sand toys that are left there for other families to use, the variety varies every day, but extremely nice to have if you don't have many beach supplies. The resort was very clean. The pool was great, always very clean. The beach is kept very clean, it is a public beach so it can definitely get crowded early on. Can't say enough nice things about this condo and the resort itself. It is in a great location on the island, not too far from anything. The front desk staff were very friendly. Would 100% stay here again.

The views from the condo were beautiful! Having an elevator was very helpful for luggage, groceries, etc. Location on the beach is perfect, not crowded and the beach chair guys anre extremely nice and helpful! Tip… If you pay them 15 ahead of time, they will reserve chairs on the front row for youCondo was very quiet, even though there were several families around and great location to restaurants and also to get to Destin.

My family and I have been coming to the Pelican Isle every year since 2005. We were so VERY blessed to secure an 11-day stay this year. Paid in full, paid in advance in July of last year.It was a great stay, having grown kids fly into FWB airport from CA for Father's Day. The Unit was clean and beautiful. Our only issues were a very pungent weed smell coming from one of the other rooms daily and that only one of the elevators was operable for most of the week. Neither was any fault of the owner. But... before we even got home Mr. Meiczkowski emailed us about a missing pillow (I assume they found it on one of the bunk beds. I have not heard.)a little minnow on the floor(we were at a beach but had I seen it I would've picked it up), and 8 towels and hand towels that were washed in something dark, therefore stained a blueish tint. He sent pics of the fish and towels. I agreed that if the towels were not salvageable I would pay for them ($300). I asked (7/1) him to let me know when the funds would be taken out of my account. $300 was taken out the very NEXT day with no fair warning. He was very short with me when I called him. At any rate, what's done is done. I was not going to rate so low, but everyone I've told this experience encouraged me to say my piece.Thank you for a lovely stay anyway.
