Welcome to Villa Kallahti, a historic gem located on the shores of the Gulf of Finland in Vuosaari, Helsinki! Built in 1910, this villa exudes the charm of yesteryear while offering modern comforts. Villa Kallahti provides everything you need for a hassle-free holiday by the sea. Enjoy the stunning public sandy beach, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The beach features a playground for children, an outdoor gym for adults, and a beach volleyball court, all just 14 km from Helsinki city center. An outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a shared living area and dining space that can accommodate 12 people. The separate kitchen is well-equipped. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed as an additional mattress for one, while the other bedroom (with a folding door) has two beds and a workspace. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor, as well as a sauna area with a separate entrance from outside, featuring a toilet, shower room, and electric sauna.
Upstairs, there is a toilet, a lounge area, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds and access to a balcony, while the other has two beds.
A pedestrian path runs between the villa and the beautiful sandy beach, providing access to the property without other vehicle traffic. The shore is approximately 50 meters away.
The villa's multiple fireplaces are currently not in use.
