There is a washer and dryer between units 1 & 2 downstairs.

There is adequate parking for your vehicles & OHVs.

NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT.

A guest has access to the entire condo and all common areas such as the porch, balcony, picnic, and barbeque areas.

There is a laundry room located between Units 1 & 2 for guest access.
