In the summer, it's only a 10 minute drive down to Donner Lake. There are also tons of running and biking trails right down the street, in addition to a beautiful golf course. Our house specifically is located on a flat lot with an attached garage, so accessing the property during the winter is very easy compared to other homes.

You are only a short drive (25-30 mins) to some of the world's best skiing, including Palisades and Northstar. You are also close (10-15 mins) to downtown Truckee, a bustling little mountain town with some of the best restaurants and shopping Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all interior spaces, as well as the backyard, which is situated on a flat lot.
