Two minutes away from the beach, downtown Jaco, and just minutes away from Los Sueños Marina. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two floors, 1,582 sqft, including a 2 car garage, living room, dinning room, patio deck and laundry room. Great to spend quality time with friends and family in beautiful Costa Rica. Surfers flock here from around the world, but families, and honeymooners also find much to love, thanks to the multitude of beaches, outdoor activities, dining, shopping and nightlife. Explore the Costa Rican rain forest by horseback, learning about the flora and fauna in this impressive eco-system.

Nice modern and clean place. Wasn't happy that we did not find out until we get there that you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet.

First off the place was perfect for what we needed. We needed a place that would sleep 2 couples and 1 single adult at same time and it was plenty enough room. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on same floor worked just fine. The host was very easy to work with and contact at any time and always very helpfull in any issues or questions we had. We decided not to rent a vehicle during our stay and once we figured out other forms of transportation it was fine uber and taxis were always available with a little planing and patience. I will say you cant be in a hurry but the money savings was well worth the wait times . The swimming pool was awsome every afternoon we were usually the only ones there even though the small community has accessibility. The people in the community are very friendly and helpful too. It was perfectly located and we felt safe the whole time we were there 5 minutes from center of jaco and 10 minutes from los suenos and not any farther than 20 minutes from 5 beaches. We would definitely stay here again if we we have the chance .

Two issues I had was the first time to check in at the gate it took longer and communication with guard was poor. Other issue is the grill needs to be replaced. Otherwise we enjoyed the stayed and thank you having us.

Nice place in a gated community, the house wasn’t built great but the host responded quickly and the pool was nice!
