Mana Kai 614 is a gorgeous, upper floor condo in a highly sought after building. Full ocean view, this home was recently updated with new kitchen and bathrooms. All convenience from home are supplied to make for one of the best vacations you could imagine. Enjoy dinner on the lanai while watching the whales pass by at sunset. Pop down and rent a kayak or paddleboard and cruise the shoreline looking for turtles and fish and admiring the colorful coral sea floor.

You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

I was contacted a few days prior to checkin letting me know they were having AC issues. The offered to out me up somewhere else if we acted but glad we decided to stay! We arrived a little early to check the room out and had a slight delay but the property was excellent! The only issue we had was beach users or people not paying attention to their assigned parking space. It happened 2x but the staff helped resolve the issue. Definitely would come back!

This is such a fantastic location to stay in. The communication was seamless, and the property is in the ideal location. The unit was appointed with everything we need, and was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Overall we loved this property. Location is superb. Snorkeling right at the property. Equipment to rent. Small market for immediate needs. Excellent food all within 1.5 miles. View and beach are amazing

We did not know that there would not be a divider separating the “, second bedroom. Also, the floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and when we walked around inside our feet were filthy
