Everything was great concerning the actual condo. We had problems with the condo above us being really loud. It sounded like there were 20 kids up there. When I reached out to the owner, she got it taken care of very quickly and the rest of our stay was much more pleasant. The condo is very nice and clean. It was the perfect space for just us three. We were there for the World Series so we were gone a lot. The only downfall I would have to say is that you have to walk up steps. That was something I didn't think about when booking. I have really bad neuropathy, so stairs of any kind are hard on me. If you can do stairs, they are not very many to the second floor and the room is right there when you get to the second floor. The owner was very nice and checked on us several times after we had problems with the condo above us(which was not her condo).

This condo is in the perfect location in Destin. Right across the street is the beach! The condo was immaculate. Even smelled like coconuts. We were given beach chairs and an umbrella which were used daily. The bunk beds were impressive- we brought a 6’3 teen with us and it even fit him comfortably. Even parking was great- we stayed midweek, so I can’t comment on weekend business. We had very easy and instant communication with our host Linda. She gave us great tips on shopping, restaurants, and excursions to check out. Will definitely stay again!
