This property was perfect for my family of 12! The host, Tahmeed, was wonderful and has extraordinary communication skills. The neighborhood was great for families as well as being in a great location!

The floor was NOT clean and the coffeemaker was broken. No offer was made to provide a replacement. The check in and communication was very good! We enjoyed our overall stay.

The house was very clean .

Host was responsive and helpful, but the property did have a few issues. There was significant water damage on one of the walls, and one of the televisions did not work. One of my guests used the provided air mattress, but it seemed to have a leak because it deflated after a couple hours. There are two bathrooms, both small. The kitchen was a nice size though, and the balcony in the back was a nice feature. The best things about this property were its location (6 min Uber from DC Union Station), and the friendly and super responsive host. Other than that, it did leave a bit to be desired.
