The sea and beachside promenade known as the Paseo Marítimo is lined with palm trees, chiringuitos and restaurants such as Da Bruno, Santiago and The Harbour to name a few - and it is less than 300m from the property! Even closer than that you have restaurants where the locals eat like Back, Lekune, and Vermu. The Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas in Marbella, lies to the East along the Mediterranean coast. It stretches for slightly over a mile (2km) from Marbella to Puerto Banus. With over 60 golf courses stretching from Malaga to Sotogrande there’s no shortage of championship courses within range.
