Welcome to this beautiful home in the tranquil north end of Sunriver. This beautifully decorated and well-maintained Cypress Lane home is waiting for your arrival! With newly updated flooring throughout, this is not your typical rental home! The home is set on 1/3 acre in the north end of the Sunriver with easy access to Highway 97. Access to the 33 miles of biking/jogging/walking pathways is right across the street and the Woodlands golf course and tennis courts are an easy half mile walk on the paths.
You will find nice furnishings, new bedding, new electronics, original art, high-grade towels and linens and many special touches that make this home unique. Your experience will far exceed expectation. Book your next stay at 27 Cypress and you will be forever spoiled!

- 2nd master suite (upstairs) has a king bed with new comfy mattress, private bath, TV and DVD, private deck and access to the outdoor spa.
- Upstairs queen room is a spacious and bright room with huge closets and shared bath.
- Upstairs twin plus bunk room provides plenty of sleeping space for kids and young adults.
- Upstairs convertible game room/5th bedroom - By day it is a childs delight with games, a bookcase with hundreds of children's books, Foosball, TV, and DVD. By night, there is a full bed and the futon folds down to become a queen size bed with an innerspring mattress. This room shares a bath with the bunk room.

My friends and I really enjoyed this home. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely return.

This Sunriver Home was perfect for our large family of 11. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 adults and 5 kids. The secluded street was perfect for the kids to ride bikes & scooters and the neighborhood was very quiet. We used the SHARC passes almost everyday. The house was fairly clean, but could have used some deep cleaning in window tracts and upstairs bedrooms. We had to clean the barbecue before we could use it and the house supplies like dish soap, hand soap and paper towels were very minimal. We appreciated all of the fridge and freezer space. After leaving an item at the house, we contacted the Property Management Company & it was found and mailed to us promptly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the house and will try to book it again next summer.

We loved this property. There was plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. The kitchen had plenty of storage and all the things we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub and deck. One of the rooms has kids books and a foos-ball table and the garage had an extra fridge and a pingpong table. The Shark passes came in handy too!

We had a lovely time staying at this home in Sunriver! Me and my big family all fit well and we enjoyed the open space living room/kitchen where the kids could all hang out and play games. The back deck was comfortable and a perfect spot for the adults to hang after bedtime. We enjoyed biking around to parks and it wasn't too bad to get to the Village or the SHARC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
