Apartment of 32 m2, in a quiet and pleasant residence 20 meters from the Canal du Midi, the river port and the Tourist Office.
Private parking and FREE, FREE WIFI, air conditioning, terrace, open view, bike storage available on request.

Located in "Capestang", a charming little village of Languedoc Herault at noon path between Beziers and Narbonne (15mns by car), 30 minutes from the beaches of Valréas and Friday, 1 hour from la Salvetat in the Tarn.
Village with all shops: Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pastry, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarkets, cash dispenser, gas station.
Housing includes:
LIVING ROOM: with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.
KITCHEN: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toasted bread, complete crockery, various kitchen utensils, household products at your disposal, dishcloth.
BEDROOM: Bed linen provide, bed 140x200cm, view on terrace and garden, wardrobe.
ROOM OF WATER: Towels provided, hair dryer,
Independent toilet
Very calm and bright.
TERRACE: Table and shod, long shod, electric blind.
I am a viticulturist in the neighboring village where we find our farm.

A lovely little well-appointed apartment, with everything 2 people need. Good bed. Lovely terrace with awning. Close to bakery, and - Canal du Midi. We spent almost a month here. Nelly was very responsive and responded quickly. Capestang is a lovely town, with everything within walking distance.

Clean, convenient and everything you need in house. An excellent little place for two and at a fair price. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked to know it was in a Residential area.
A vacuum cleaner would come in handy for travelers
