A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
When 3 is a crowd, try a romantic hideaway for 2.
Just uphill from the downtown restaurants. A mid-century loft in a 1900 house. Our neighbor is the Stuart School. Perfect for your exploration of Staunton and the Valley.
The apartment is the top floor of this hill-hugging four-story, yet it is only one floor from the entrance.
A shared washer-and-dryer is one floor down.
Fiber optic wifi, and smart TV provides work and entertainment opportunities.
Parking is free on the street.
The space
A unified, open floor plan with kitchen, living room and bedroom around a common chimney. A decidedly mid-century take in a 1900 home.
Guest access
The top floor is yours. That includes kitchen, living room, bed and bath.
The entryway with its hidden washer and dryer are shared. Front porch is shared but yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
You have to climb stairs to get to this apartment.

Such an excellent space for such an affordable price.Stayed the weekend to go birding in the surrounding areas. It has an open floor plan and was super clean. It was cozy and perfect spot I couldn’t wait to return to after my long mornings looking for birds. Tucked in on the edge of downtown Staunton, I walked to get all my meals at a plethora of restaurants offered in the downtown area. I even bought a couple of books from the book shop and some art from the gallery. I will return to this space in the Fall with my wife to spend a weekend with her, exploring Staunton and Charlottesville. I can’t wait to come back. Thanks, Joffre!

Delightful stay in beautiful Staunton. Extra large loft with a comfy mattress. Very clean and quiet. Short 20 min stroll to historic downtown. Would highly recommend.

Cute little place. Perfect for two people. Bed was very comfy. The location was perfect for walking to all the different places we wanted to visit. The old claw foot tub was cute, but was not very practical for showers because the shower curtains allowed so much water through soaking the floor.
