Historic Courtyard Cottage offers a private, fully fenced courtyard with a pool, generous outdoor seating, and a relaxed coastal setting, just steps from Flagler Avenue.
With flexible sleeping arrangements, multiple gathering spaces, and an unbeatable location, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to experience the best of New Smyrna Beach.

• Queen-size sleeper sofa in main living area (accommodates 2 additional guests)
Bedrooms (all located on second floor)
• Two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
• One bedroom with four twin beds (bunk bed + daybed with trundle)

• Half bathroom on main level

The host was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. The property is in a good walking location to Flagler. The one improvement would be the pool was not ready upon our arrival, had to wait 2 days until pool could be used.

We loved our visit and enjoyed the pool every day. It was so convenient to the beach / main road. The house had everything we needed - hope to be back sometime!

Love the pool and the location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, even with its proximity to Flagler.
It did have the common quirks of an older property. Doors didn’t close all of the way. Drains were slow. Etc.
The property did have a nest system to control the temperature in the house. It was set at 72’ and required a pin to change it, we were not always the most comfortable.
