no heating although cold night, no vegetables for breakfast, nearby restaurants were closed in Monday evening

Federica was lovely, patient and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and warm. Breakfast was great - rich and delicious. We loved the place and highly recommend you to go there.

The host was amazing, helped us with whatever we wanted. Most of all she has a great english, and was very kind and lovely. The hotel itself is cozy and clean.

Clean, cosy and comfortable 4 poster bed

Excellent breakfast; a buffet, good coffee and eggs how you like it! With a beautiful view! Friendly, helpfull staff. They offered us a free local transport card. The location was also great, near a supermarket, near walking paths and easy for doing the Sella Ronda by bike. There was also a good bike storage place.
