The master bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full over full bunk bed. With its prime location, modern amenities, and stylish decor, you`re sure to have an unforgettable stay at League Lofts 303. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Great location, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars on the Strand. Loft had plenty of room for the 6 of us to stretch out. Rooms were decorated tastefully and furniture was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent from them again.

this was my husband's and my second stay at this property and would stay again. Clean property and excellent communication with host. No issues accessing the property. Note that this is on the Strand side of the island (not the "beach side"), which is our preferred area to stay when visiting Galveston. It is also an old building, so the windows are not soundproof! (read: you will hear street noise). if that bothers you, you may want to consider other properties. The walls, however, are solid :-) (read: you will not hear noise from other guests in the building).

The good first. The unit was nicely remodeled & decorated. Spacious! I loved that it was an older building & that it appears to have original wood flooring & molding throughout. Very pretty. It was stocked w/ everything we needed regarding soaps & paper products. The host was very easy to contact & communicated well. Not so good. We didn’t realize the elevator didn’t work. The pictures we saw showed an elevator. Our mistake was not reading the descriptions on the photos. At arrival the elevators were blocked & we realized they don’t work. Stairs normally wouldn’t be an issue for minimal climbing. However we were on the 3rd floor. We were only there for 1 night however we had 6 large heavy suitcases we had for a cruise we were going on the next day. My wife & I are veterans w/ a couple disabilities. I was good to climb but she has knee injuries so it was slightly difficult for her. When we contacted the host they stated that the elevator not functioning was mentioned in the about portion of the page. I didn’t see it. We caught 2 cockroaches when we opened the door. A bedroom nightstand was completely broken & falling apart. There wasn’t enough towels & they were very small. So they got wet quick & not enough to dry body & hair. The blanket on the beds are very thin & didn’t give much warmth. If AC was off it got too hot, but got cold at night while on & no extra blankets. Lastly the 2nd bathroom door would get stuck. It couldn’t open from inside so someone had to open for us
