LEVEL ONE
The first floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom.
LEVEL TWO
The second floor features a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is no formal dining area, but the kitchen offers a breakfast bar for casual meals.
LEVEL THREE
The third level features two bedrooms each featuring two full beds (4 full beds total). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is laundry room on this floor.
PARKING
The attached garage can accommodate two vehicles. We do not provide a garage door opener or shovel snow.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner`s closet. They`ll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. We also enhance property security with a Ring doorbell.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
Nestled just west of Downtown, Hermitage provides a suburban feel while offering big-city amenities and maintaining close proximity to the urban core. Hermitage is home to many parks, as well as nearby Percy Priest Lake and Old Hickory Lake. It is the ideal location for a group seeking to shop, dine, or enjoy the outdoors while staying close to Downtown Nashville.
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don`t recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you`re `10 minutes from everywhere` in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.

We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You`ll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

Very nice property, communication with the host was quick and accurate. We used this property mostly like a hotel room. A number of us were there for work and chose this in lieu of four nights of hotel rooms. Excellent location, property was as described. A two car garage is the garage garages with the rental,but the garages are too short for pick up trucks. We ended up parking the trucks in the garage and just left the front end stick out, which we saw several other properties doing the same.

This property's cleaning crew was subpar and the property was in need of a deep cleaning. I expressed my concerns to the owner and he immediately sent someone over to address some of the concerns.
