Construction will typically take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise, dust, scaffolding or other equipment, temporary balcony impacts, and contractor activity. Work will move throughout different sections of the building, so the level of impact may vary depending on the dates of your stay. Construction schedules and hours are subject to change due to weather, inspections, and other project conditions. Rate adjustments or refunds related to the construction will not be provided for reservations made after September 10, 2026.

Saida Condominiums is a complex full of amazing amenities! Three (3) pools, (one is heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, and private beach access! The condo entails 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping accommodations in the living room. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this splendid beach front condominium here on South Padre Island.

Every stay at Saida III #703 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Location was perfect… walking distance to gift shops and restaurants.. the view was spectacular. Can’t wait until we go back.

Very pleased with this apartment. Everything we needed was there including a gas grill on the balcony. Clean and tidy and comfy beds. Would benefit from some hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors and some new seat covers on the dining chairs. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again,
On a separate note the spi staff were lovely and the one minor problem we had was fixed extremely quickly.
