This luxurious apartment is located right in the heart of the Waldsiedlung neighborhood in Leverkusen-Schlebusch. It is the smallest district of Leverkusen and is considered a neighborhood for celebrities.
- Approx. 200 m to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, various doctors’ offices, churches, post office, restaurants, etc.
- 500 m walk to tram line “4” to Cologne
- Cologne Trade Fair 9.7 km (20 min on the “4”)
- LanxessArena 10 km
- BayArena approx. 5.3 km
- Center of Leverkusen approx. 6 km.
-Cologne/Bonn Airport approx. 17 km
-Leverkusen highway interchange approx. 3.6 km
I designed this apartment so that I myself would feel 100% comfortable here. Absolutely high-quality and state-of-the-art amenities, 2 TVs, a large shower, plenty of space, a comfortable box-spring bed, and a box-spring sleeper sofa built for long-term use.
The entire apartment features a smart KNX system with many intelligent features, a weather station on the roof, and a private south-facing terrace with a comfortable lounge sofa and a small table, plus a large garden table with chairs.
All windows and doors are equipped with professional mosquito screens.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a granite countertop.
Due to its size, the dining table is also ideal for desk work.
The entire apartment (floor plan shown in the pictures), including the terrace, is intended for your exclusive use.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The location is excellent — roughly 25 min drive to Cologne center and 35 min to Düsseldorf center. The neighbourhood is peaceful, quiet, and very pleasant. We had no trouble finding free on-street parking right near the entrance. The apartment is just one flight of stairs down.
The apartment itself is very modern and spacious. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, with a hob, oven, and a large fridge/freezer. The dishwasher was a real bonus, although we did need to buy extra tablets as only 2 were provided. The washing machine and dryer (located in a shared room just next to the entrance) were also very useful during our stay.
Christian’s communication was excellent from start to finish. He met us in person on arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, which was very helpful because all the lights and electronic blinds are controlled in German. He also gave us great recommendations for nearby supermarkets — perfect after our long journey from the UK.
The only minor downsides were that all the apartment instructions and information were provided only in German (though Christian responded very quickly to any questions we had). It would also have been nice to have a couple of extra dishwasher tablets and some washing powder/conditioner for at least one load.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily return again in the future!

We stayed for 7 weeks and had an excellent stay! Apartment is exactly as described and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Christian is very attentive as a host and we could reach out anytime.
