We encountered one problem during our stay, involving an air conditioning problem. The owner’s response was excellent he quickly responded to the issue and within a short period of time the air conditioning was working properly. It was great to have such a responsive property owner. Additionally, the property was as described a quick walk to downtown Beaufort. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Certainly would stay there again.

We did not brung a pet but seems like would be a nice spot to walk your dog and a fenced area small in front overall a cute cottage was clean and close walk to waterfront park

We were arriving early, so we reached out to see if we could check in early possibly. Check in was @4 and we were hoping to check in around 3. We were told no problem, but when we arrived at 3:30, the cleaning person was still there.We left and came back @4:30, but cleaner was still there. Manager said we could stay while they finished, but obviously didn’t want to do that. We left and came back an hour later and were able to get settled finally at 5:30.Bedroom tvs could not get streaming channels.Location was good.Onsite parking space in front is really smallManager does respond quickly, we were just really frustrated by the checking issues
