This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is modern and elegant and is located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The property is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment has a balcony, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
It has three double rooms (1 suite) and 1 single rooms. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment has 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. Mobile self check-in from 3:00 PM.
The apartments are located just 500 metres from the well-known Rambla de Catalunya and a 10-minute walk from the FGC train station in Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station that connect with the entire city. A 15-minute walk away, we find the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.
The building has a common area on the roof, with a chill-out space, where you can relax after a long day.

My overall impression of this property is good. The unit was in good working condition, however it was not ready at check in (we waited 1.5 hours after the 15:00 check in time for it to be cleaned).
Although the staff was very helpful and accommodating, my only complaint is how thin the walls are and hearing the noise at 4am of all the tourists coming home from the bars (doors slamming, talking, yelling). This banter was like clockwork. Everyday started with hearing the parties come back to the property.
