The home spans two levels and is thoughtfully designed for wheelchair accessibility, featuring lift access to the second floor, level thresholds, and roll-in showers.

Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, a smaller room with a king single bed, and a bathroom with a level-access shower, bathtub, and toilet.

The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms with queen and double beds, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto the deck, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A spacious internal garage provides access to the laundry facilities with a table tennis table to boot.

Minimum 4-day booking required over the New Year/January period.

Special conditions: Inquiries are welcomed from family groups only—no party groups, students, or tents.

Please treat the property as you would your own. Optional cleaning service is available for $100 or you can choose to clean and leave it as you found it.

We have a friendly cat that will remain on the property during your stay and needs to be fed (cat biscuits are provided for morning and evening feeding).
