This is a great place to stay that is quiet, very close to the lake with several towns nearby. We loved the tiny house. It has all the appliances you would need, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, kuerig. Sofa and recliner in the living room are very comfortable. Outside there is a hot tub, fire pit and charcoal grill. It's in the tree line, so be prepared to clean up outside a bit. It has good wifi and several TV's. There is lots of storage space. We found the upstairs bed a bit more comfortable then the one in the main becroom. There is a boat launch extremely close, as well as others nearby. We kayaked from several lauches in the area. There are a number of hiking trails and some biking trails in the area.bAndover, Jamestown, Conneaut Lake, Meadville as well as several smaller towns have good places to eat and shop. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at the house before and love it. It is nice to be able to cook if you want to, but it’s close enough to everything that you can go out as well. The house is always very clean and well-maintained. We absolutely love coming here for a long weekends.

The location is perfect for peaceful quiet and very relaxing vacation.Host was readily available if needed

The location was private and quite . The reason for the disappointment was the communation with the property owner went unanswered nor solved. Spoked diectley with the owner and his worker about the hot tub not working. I was told by the property owner that he would be down to look at it. A few hours passed and my son contacted him again and he was told he was on his way to look at it, which he never showed up. The hot tub in the woods was one of the main reasons for us booking here. Will not book this site again
