With a surface area of 120 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to detail.
The accommodation features two living rooms, with the main living room having a large and bright window that provides unbeatable views of the Mediterranean, equipped with a sofa bed for two adults. Next to the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic tones. The common bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower, in addition to a second en-suite bathroom.
As for the bedrooms, they have a double bed and two single beds, the latter with spacious built-in wooden wardrobes.
Equipment and facilities: elevator, flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Its strategic location near the city center and the most immediate exits of the city, along with the possibility of having underground parking in the building itself, make it ideal for people visiting the city by their own or rented car, and who want to take excursions inside and outside of Malaga.

This is a great location, easily walkable to the boardwalk, beach, shopping and restaurants and a little longer walk to the port and central city area. The views and outdoor sitting area is spectacular. The property is generally well equipped and clean. No beach towels or chairs were provided. We had problems with the app at checkin and the host is a little slow to respond, but otherwise we were very pleased with this property and would definitely rent again.

Overall, we enjoed our stay at this apartment. We are glad the key pad at front door was replaced as it was old and wasn't working properly..it was a bit nerve wracking when we arrived and the front door wasn't opening.
One suggestion I have to leave written instructions how to use the washer and work the thermostat. We figured it out, but it would have been easier & faster.
The location was ok, very quiet, not crowded, but we were there off season which we finally learned it was the reason the seaside restaurants were closed at 6pm. We planned accordingly and had dinner at the one to the right walking distance from the apartment and the food was unbelievably delicious. Overall, good experience. Thank you!

The apartment was lovely and everything you needed. The balcony, which has been covered and is now a sunroom fantastic. With awesome views over the ocean. It's worth staying here just for this!
It's a 10 minute taxi drive into Malaga town centre so bear this in mind if you plan on partying or eating in town

This property was the perfect location for our work/vacation visit! The view is incredible, and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the grocery store, old town, and of course, the beach! We loved the terrace and the windows that overlooked the beach and the water!
