The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads to a pine forest where families with children and dogs go for walks. St Laurent is in the heart of the Médoc, making it ideal for visiting the châteaux, "Carcans plage" with its long sandy beaches is 32 km away, with the possibility of surfing, Hourtin lake is 23 km away, the center of Bordeaux is 43 km away, aeroclub is around ten km away...
