Lily Stargazer is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Leadville home in a quiet west-side neighborhood — built for groups of 8. Two levels, two living areas, and a game room mean four couples or two families can share the space comfortably.

The entire home is yours, both levels.



Self check-in with a keypad — your unique code and directions are sent through the digital guidebook before arrival.



Parking: attached 2-car garage plus additional off-street parking. Enough space for 3-4 vehicles.



Mudroom entry from the garage — ski boots and gear can come off before entering the main living space.

The home is on a quiet residential street on the west side of Leadville, surrounded by trees and a short drive to downtown, Ski Cooper, and Leadville's trailheads.

Leadville is the highest incorporated city in North America at 10,152 ft — a former silver mining town with a historic Main Street full of restaurants, breweries, and galleries.



Getting Around:

A car is required. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so downtown, Ski Cooper, trailheads, and grocery all require driving.



From Denver International (DEN): ~2hr drive via Hwy 285 S or I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. AWD or snow tires recommended Nov-Apr.



From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive via I-70 and Hwy 24 S.



Parking: attached 2-car garage plus off-street spots. Groups of 8 with 2-3 cars fit easily.

Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 ft. Drink extra water, take your first day easy, and consider travel insurance. We're unable to offer refunds for altitude-related issues.



No air conditioning — Leadville rarely needs it at altitude.



Deck is not fenced. The yard is open to the forest behind the property.



This is a residential neighborhood — please drive respectfully and obey posted speed limits.

For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We respond within an hour through the platform and the digital guidebook. Check-in details, WiFi password, garage code, and local recommendations are all in the guidebook, sent a day before arrival. The level of interaction is up to you — available if you want us, invisible if you don't.
