Overall this rental is a nice place that my wife, two dogs, and I were able to relax at for a week long vacation.The positives:-home is in a quiet neighborhood with wildlife and little foot traffic-outdoor area is great to hangout in with a picnic table, lounge chairs, pool, and covered TV and living room-Plenty of restaurants in walking or bicycling distance, which are provided in the garage-Plenty of space inside the house with an open concept living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen with large island-it accepts dogs and is fenced in which is becoming harder to find-house is affordable compared to common 10K weekly rentalsThe negatives:-we booked knowing there is no lenai, but wish there was as we had to constantly skim the pool of bugs, and the filter was clogged with them-there is a small section of fence in the back corner that is about 3 inches off the ground where a smaller dog could potentially dig or force themselves through-bathrooms are cramped with minimal space-this is not *technically* a Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) as it is being rented out by Coastal Vacation Properties; staff will require you to sign additional paperwork off of VRBO to rent-if looking for a beach you are about 30 minutes away from any of them, and you will also need to pay tolls between Cape Coral and Fort Myers, and between Fort Myers and Sanibel Island

Had a delightful stay at this lovely home.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we loved seeing the burrowing owls on our walks.The home was spacious and comfortably furnished and well-equipped for cooking.The backyard space was EPIC! We spent so much time out there relaxing and playing with our dog. We loved that pool! ***One word of caution for those bringing a pet/service animal...The landscapers left the backyard gate open after attending to the lawn and my dog was able to walk away from the property. LUCKILY, she did not go far but it was a frightening moment. Be mindful that others will enter the property and may not always be careful.

We loved our stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our needs. We especially loved the quiet neighborhood and the salt water pool, which was fenced in and perfect for our dogs. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to accommodate us with our son, wife, baby and dog. The house layout is great and pool area fantastic! Having bikes to ride without having to rent is also a great bonus. The only recommendation would be they add more dishes. We did ask for more coffee cups which they had door dashed right over so no complaints on our side! Will definitely stay again!
