Practical and comfortable holiday home with nice balcony overlooking the sea, right on the beach of Las Canteras, in a surfing and entertainment area with all services around.
The accommodation of 65m², exterior and situated on the beachfront with lateral sea views, has two double bedrooms with capacity for 4 people.
Spacious living room with dining table and TV area, separate kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The accommodation also has ironing facilities, unlimited internet access (Wifi), hairdryer and iron.
The building has a lift
Possibility of parking in the same building.
Located at the end of the beach avenue in the area called Cicer; an area with a lot of atmosphere, surrounded by restaurants, shops and surf schools. A few steps away from one of the most important shopping centres of the island.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, with good weather almost all year round. The apartment was great, right next to the surf beach. It’s situated in a an well maintened apartment complex. The rooms were nice and spacious and the kitchen was equiped with almost everything you need. Check-in was nice and smooth.
