Check-in experience was delayed as the door lock provided did not work. After calling the customer service after office hours and waiting for around 30 mins, the updated code was provided and that solved the issue. There was no mop/vacuum cleaner provided for cleaning. If planning for longer duration and with kids it might be a bit difficult to manage.Apart from this overall stay experience was wonderful.
