The Neighborhood:
Ocean Beach is a charming neighborhood with plenty of walkable shops and eateries. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop on your way to the pier! There are plenty of beautiful homes to fawn over in your neighborhood. And getting around it a breeze either by foot, bike, or car. Parking is limited in "downtown" O.B. so just plan to park and walk if you have a specific destination.
Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval (no cats) and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow Airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Walk to beach was exactly 1 mile as stated. Unfortunately the amount of homeless you encounter on the walk and on the beach was definitely not a pleasant experience. Checking in/out very easy and convenient. We received so many instructions/warnings about noise that we were very nervous/anxious so much so that we realized we were whispering to each other in the home...THEN we heard the planes!! Non-stop from 530am-1130pm. AND the neighbors outside party along with live music until midnight! We decided it'd probably be ok to talk in our normal voices after all that. Overall it was a good location for why we were there and the cleanliness of the home was greatly appreciated. Thank you

The house was great. Plenty of space and Ocean Beach is a great location. The host was available and they had the house stocked with plenty of towels and other items to get you through the stay. The two car garage has a wall charger which came in handy for our Tesla rental. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very accurately listed. The place was clean and location was close to plenty of things to do, including many beaches. The rooftop deck was a hit with the kids and it was nice just to sit up there and enjoy the sunshine and the view. Would definitely stay here again!
