Outside, two-tiered decks and a private waterfront platform create multiple spaces to soak in the scenery. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the upper deck, dine al fresco surrounded by towering pines, or relax just steps from the water as loons call across the lake. The private dock makes swimming, kayaking, and boating effortless, while the wood stove inside offers a warm and inviting gathering place when the evening air turns cool.
With easy access to the public boat launch at Haines Landing, you can explore the expansive waters of Mooselookmeguntic with ease. Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen (private bath). Second and Third Bedroom in Loft on second floor with One Double and One Twin on one end of walk, and One Queen at other end of walk. Sleeps up to 5 guests.
Location: 440 Birches Beach Road, Rangeley ME. On the eastern shore of Mooselookmeguntic Lake, facing Toothaker island. 15.9 miles to downtown Rangeley and 8.1 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 23.2 miles to Saddleback.

We absolutely loved our time at tree house. The main house has all of the character and mountain-cabin coziness that you could ask for. The primary bed/bath addition is well appointed, and it gave our family of 4 adequate space to spread out. The dock is great for days on the lake, and allows deep enough water access to bring a boat. The views are excellent. This is a special property.

Quiet, remote, well equipped, and tasteful. Beautiful addition and the dock was great for the boat as was the semi-protected cove. We'll be back. The only issue was the heat for the main part of the house would not work and it got a little cool at night but we worked through that.

Very nice and clean house with new looking master bedroom suite, which was very comfortable. The doc has a beautiful view of the lower part of Mooselookmeguntic Lake and was great for our boat; plenty of water. The slope down to the doc may be challenging for some, but overall a great property. We had a very enjoyable week at the Tree House!
