Tour the gated Bonita Bay community with 12 miles of award - winning bike trails, nature areas, luxury condos, villas and multimillion-dollar homes. Enjoy the use of a fishing pier on Estero bay, walking nature trails, butterfly gardens, picnic areas, kayak launch, and playgrounds as well as a boardwalk to Estero Bay in Estero Bay Park. In Spring Creek Park enjoy nature trails for hiking and use of free canoes. Riverwalk Park has a 12-station fitness trail, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball courts, playground, picnic area, and cooking grills. Its bathroom is steps outside the doorway and can be closed for a private ensuite. The living room has a Robb & Stucky comfortable leather sectional and a reclining leather chair for relaxing.

Bonita Bay offers 24 hour security and is a certified 2400-acre Audubon sanctuary and is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 55 minutes from Punta Gorda airport.
