The carriage house is newly built, and features a spacious living area with Satellite TV, High Speed Internet, separate bedroom with queen sized bed, full kitchen with bar, bath, laundry, and a stunning vaulted ceiling with professional interior design appointments. The living quarters are on the second floor of the Carriage House and require 13 steps.

There is a 150’ walkway, pier house, and floating dock for fishing. The waterfront view of a 2000-acre marsh, rivers, and creeks is spectacular.
