Ideal for four to six people who want the chance to retreat to a quiet space even while on vacation:

The apartment features two bedrooms with ample storage space for clothing (one of the
bedrooms has a walk-in closet), two bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room
with a sleeper sofa, a storage room, and a large balcony.
All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with modern TV sets.
The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as
—of course—plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, a toaster, a kettle, and a
coffee maker.
The cozy dining area is perfect not only for meals but also for long game nights. The
centerpiece of the living room is the TV with a built-in CD and DVD player.
With two walk-in showers in two bathrooms, each with its own toilet, and plenty of space to move around in the large bathroom,
the apartment is very guest-friendly.
The elevator in the building and the parking space in the basement round out the comfortable living experience.
The beach promenade is just 150 m from the front door and can therefore be reached in a few minutes on foot

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), corresponding to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
