As you step into Palm Cove, you'll be welcomed by a thoughtfully designed and professionally decorated space, inspired by the spirit of island relaxation. The interiors offer a light and airy ambiance, creating a soothing atmosphere of tranquility and serenity.
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

The resort is lovely and very kid friendly (aside from the minimal swimsuits) would be nice to have a little kid only area but not sure how that would work. The resort is big enough that we people can spread out so that’s a huge plus. A few things of this particular condo, the neighbors allow dogs so there was a fair amount of barking. The house sleeps nine but the dishes were jumbo sized and was a 6 piece set so we were doing lots of dishes. The large dishes were not convenient for kids which was kind of annoying, we ended up getting paper products. Some of the pans were dirty but that wasn’t a huge deal. I’m guessing housekeeping overlooked it. Other than that, the house is beautiful, clean and close to the lagoon and pickleball.

The condo had everything we needed - extra blankets, soap and shampoo, kitchen items, etc. We enjoyed swimming in the community's heated pool in December, and we also tried out the hot tub on the roof of the building! We enjoyed staying here and it was easy to hop on the freeway and get to other places throughout St.George within 10-20 minutes
