Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #304 "Leisure Landing"! Enjoy beautiful direct oceanfront views from the private 3rd floor balcony! This renovated 2/2 condo sleeps 6 with a King in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a comfy sleeper sofa in the Living Room. TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well as the Living Room.

Great ocean view. The building has an elevator which was very helpful. The unit was clean and the host was responsive during our stay.

Very lovely, neat, and clean unit; well stocked; nice pool area with shuffleboard. Had a dehumidifier in one of the rooms but the other room was a bit musty. VRBO/Florida Vacay did not disclose that the beach would likely be closed although the owner knew a year ago. We were informed 4 days before checkin when it was too late to cancel. There was loud construction noise 24 hours/day and it blocked the view of the beach.
