Sand colored wood floors throughout. Sleep well in the generous California King Bed in the primary bedroom. An additional private bedroom is available, for sleep or work.
Enjoy the well stocked open kitchen, complete with granite counters, dining island and an under-sink high grade water filter.
Wander down lively Pearl Street for coffee at Boxcar, breakfast at Snooze, pizza at Aleberico or drinks/dinner at the many local eateries.
This quiet retreat is on the second floor of an Elevator building. Off street covered parking for 2 vehicles is included.
Practical conveniences include lightening fast internet, a 6 foot desk, a wireless printer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the open space and comfort of the beautiful condo and its daily views of the Flatirons. The proximity to restaurants, coffee and hikes was perfect and we were delighted to spend a little time with our gracious host Viki who had terrific perspective on enjoying Boulder.

We are truly grateful for our time spent at Viki’s home. The location is wonderful, walkable to a lot of restaurants & shops. Viki was in constant communication with us and quickly answered all our questions. The space is unique and personal without being cluttered, we loved the art & photographs! We had everything we needed! Viki’s neighbors are so wonderful and we felt like a part of the community quickly. It’s a very safe area for walking in the evenings.

Walk to restaurants etc on pearl street. Quiet and secure for downtown. The owner, Viki, was flexible when I had to reschedule for health. Overall an excellent month in Boulder.

This apartment is in an incredible location, has such a wonderful "vibe" and Viki was such a gracious host!! The apartment itself is very spacious, well taken care of and was so comfortable we didn’t really want to leave! The views from the living room are incredible and this place truly has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Boulder. We highly, highly recommend Viki’s apartment if you are coming to Boulder. She made the process effortless, kept it cleaned and maintained during our stay and we truly fell in love with this Pearl St getaway.
