Cozy home with everything we needed! Close to downtown as well as right across the street from the racetrack. Easy keyless entry, fun gameroom and tvs in all bedrooms and living and dining. A definite home away from home!

We appreciated the attentiveness received every step of the way in all subjects of our vacation stay. We were not alone in a new place. Loved the location to amenities and the neighborhood and surroundings were quiet and comfortable and felt safe. The sharing and caring was invaluable, attention to detail precious. Would come back to our home away from home and recommend this unique stay to and for others. Thank you for everything and trust to visit again soon and wish this location to be available.

Great stay for the family, enjoyed coffee on the front porch, comfortable beds, walking distance to the horse races and great tacos. Would definitely stay again.
