With an area of 150 square meters and a capacity of up to 8 people, this is a very special property, which has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to the smallest details.
The house has a spacious living room with access to a sunny terrace and integrates two dining areas, both for formal lunches and dinners at the table and for standing meals at the island area where there is a fully equipped kitchen for your needs. The house also has four bedrooms decorated in detail as you can see in the image gallery.

Located in a central building in the city, in the heart of SoHo, it is next to one of the most important places in the city, the Alameda Principal, and a few minutes from the entrance to Muelle Uno and Calle Marqués de Larios. The location, Alameda de Colón, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that line its pedestrian streets, and is also known as the Arts District.

A very good property in a great position for exploring all areas of Malaga. Good facilities, some good views and four bedrooms (one a separate flat). Overall, the property is to be recommended.

Location was excellent. There was an unpleasant odor upon arrival, we could not identify. Odor lingered throughout our stay. Although it was clean. Comfortable beds. Furniture in living room and dining room could use a refresh. Sofa was torn. Small table broken leg. Seats in dining room very worn. Balcony was delightful, great sunrise. Nice water view.

9 out of 10!! Really like the place and would really recommend it. Close to city Centre but also to some nice restaurants in SoHo. The ocean view is nice and also the space in the accommodation is good. Clean and nice.
When you’re with a lot of people (6) the hot water could be a problem.

Rented this flat for a ladies get away. You simply cannot beat the location, you are less than 10 minutes walk to the city center, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, and you have a magnificent view from the balcony of boats coming in and out of the little port.
Interior - the apartment had all the modern amenities, and it was clean and spacious.
The only downside is upon check-in, which was not until 4 o’clock, the apartment had not been cleaned yet, and we had to wait until 5 o’clock which was hard after a transatlantic flight and not sleeping all night.
Bathrooms are modern and very nice.
One major thing that was not clear, the large master suite with a small kitchenette is not connected to the apartment. It connected in the hall, and on the balcony, but not through the apartment which is fine for a group of adults, but might not work for a young family.
Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. I do believe the two bedrooms with twin beds could use a little bit more drawer storage. They had a great hanging space but not enough room to fully unpack.
Jose was wonderful and got back to us when we needed him for a few things such as we locked ourselves out of the separate apartment one day, and a toilet was running, and we couldn’t get it to stop. But everything was fixed and was great.
I would totally rent this apartment again given the location, the cleanliness, and the spacious apartment with balcony.
