This is a 2 level cabin and is just steps away from the waters edge. Lower level of cabin is accessed through an OUTSIDE stairwell. It is the perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. The boathouse was simple, yet a wonderful place to stay for a family of 3 but easily could accommodate 5. We would definitely book again in the future. The only critique is the driveway; there is a curb that odes limit the process of parking with a boat. That said, I would imagine there is nothing one could do to get rid of the curb. Thanks, you have a wonderful place. Troy

The boathouse was amazing. My sister and I stayed there for a gateway. The view is incredible. The house was clean and had everything a guest would want. The lake is perfect for kayaking. The birding is incredible. I would highly recommend it. Oh… it has a wonderful screened in porch where we spent most of our time. The host is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She provided great ideas for walking trails. I would stay there again.

great little kitchen…amazing little screened in pitch with a peaceful and beautiful view! very clean and wonderful furnishings. comfortable sitting area! our ONLY downfall was the bed…little dip towards middle of mattress made it a little uncomfortable

Beautiful property and the perfect location. Worked out well for 2 couples. A very peaceful part of the Whitefish Chain and a nice dock for our boat. Will definitely book again.
